Refunds Policy for Online Purchases

PAMS will accept returns of products within 10 business days with proof of purchase.
Original products must be returned by customers before refunds or replacements are issued for products that are faulty, received in a damaged condition or delivered incorrectly. Products must be in acceptable condition and PAMS must be contacted prior to the products being returned in order to issue a Return Authorisation Authority Number (RAA#) which must be quoted on the return. Refunds will not be issued for “Change of Mind”. Post & packing costs will be deducted from refund.
Unless specifically stated on the event notice, our cancellation policy is: Cancellations must be notified in writing to PAMS one week before the event to be eligible for a full refund. After such time, no refund will be provided for cancellations or no shows. A substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place. The name of substitute must be provided two days before the event.
